Programmes and Operational Options
The control panel features a selection of dishwashing programmes, each with a unique sequence and running time:
- • Eco 50°: This eco-friendly programme is suitable for washing mixed tableware and cutlery with dried-on food remnants while minimizing water and energy consumption.
- • Auto 45-65°: The Auto and Eco programmes have the same cleaning function. However, the Auto cycle is sensor-optimised – the washing sequence and temperature depend on the soil level.
- • Intensive 70°: Use this mode to wash pots, pans, and other non-fragile tableware with dried-on or burnt food remnants.
- • Express 65° – 1h: This time-optimised programme washes mixed cutlery and tableware with lightly dried-on food particles.
- • Express 45°: This programme is time-optimised and ideal for washing delicate tableware, glasses, and temperature-sensitive plastics.
- • Glass 40°: This gentle programme protects delicate stemware and glasses using Bosch dishwasher glass protection technology.
- • Silence 50°: The cycle operates at a reduced noise level while washing mixed cutlery and tableware with a moderate soil level.
Additional Dishwashing Functions
After choosing a dishwashing programme, you can select additional functions to personalise the cycle. The availability of these functions depends on the programme you are using.
- • EfficientDry: When selecting this function, the door will automatically open once the cycle ends, resulting in quicker and more economical drying.
- • IntensiveZone: This function increases the spray pressure into the bottom basket for cleaning heavily-soiled pots and pans. Delicate or lightly soiled tableware in the top basket is safe from this water pressure, which means you can wash mixed loads.
- • Half Load: if you want to wash a small load, select this function to reduce water and energy consumption.
- • HygienePlus: Increase the water temperature to 70°C, killing harmful microbes on cutting boards, baby bottles, and other sensitive items.
- • SpeedPerfect+: This function reduces the washing duration for specific programmes by up to 50% while still providing perfect results.
Using the Favourite function, you can set a programme and additional function combination for everyday use. If you have not saved a combination, the Favourite button starts the Pre-Rinse program.
